| I love his humour and humanity, he is not above you, but alongside you, willing to swim upstream even (excuse the pun) if that's what's needed. He combines warmth with sharp intellect to encourage, enthuse and empower. He has been there and done that, taking his own business from chaos to cool and he readily shares insights and business savvy. He turns up and keeps you focused, follows up and delivers. The Small Fish "system" is meticulous and thorough. You'd get a coach for a game of tennis, why not for your business where there is so much more at stake? Get a coach, just make sure it's Richard. |
