Seamus has particular expertise in the world of entrepreneurship. Half his life has been spent as owner /developer of his own enterprises and organisations. The other half has been employed at

very senior levels delivering on the same for others.

His personal approach is compassionate and action oriented, no nonsense and direct. His coaching is informed by an award-winning trade background through to a Masters Degree in Business Administration, specialising in delivering on business potential. He has a very sophisticated understanding of what makes the enterprise work and what makes you work for the enterprise.

Seamus describes his favourite client as someone who wants to operate outside their current box, who wants to be again excited about their prospects and who is keen to do the things necessary to bring the benefits to themselves, their employees, stakeholders, family and friends. His clients are likely to be very effective people who are dissatisfied with their enterprises current progress. After initial promise, the enterprise may be trapped on a plateau with opportunities staying just outside of reach.

Outside of his personal interests in music and gourmand activities, Seamus is passionate about learning and delivering successful transitions. He has been described as never being content to do anything the conventional way if a better way presents itself.
