Richard Everson
Richard, his wife Evelyn and their two children moved to Murrumbateman in 2002. They love the open spaces and close-knit village atmosphere, and they love owning and operating their own small businesses. Evelyn looks after their European-inspired guesthouse, Country Guesthouse Schonegg, and Richard is a Small Fish Business Coach.
Business coaching is a natural fit for Richard. He began his career as a chef, before completing an International Hotel Management Diploma in Switzerland and moving into hospitality management. Key roles include Hospitality Services Manager of the Australian Federal Police College for ESS Support Services Worldwide and Canberra District Area Manager for Sodexho Food and Management Services. In 2002 the time was right to for Richard and Evelyn to move from the big pond of multinational corporations to the small pond of their own business. Seven years later, Richard has learnt a lot! A few things he has discovered along the way are that he loves to share his passion for business with others, he loves challenges and he loves helping others succeed.
Richard and his wife have worked with a range of coaches over the years, applying the lessons learned to their own business and reaping the rewards. If you think your business is yet to achieve its full potential, consider business coaching. If you’re looking for a coach that ‘walks the walk’, consider Richard. If you’re new to coaching, why not ‘try before you buy’ and book a free coaching session.
