Tommy Noyes
Tommy
Noyes has been described as a mentor, coach and consultant to business
and community leaders who want to succeed and still have a personal
life. A former CEO of four companies, Tommy brings his 40 years of work
experience in both Fortune 500 and closely held mid-market companies to
his Small Fish clients. “ For the past twenty years I have spent my
time working with CEO’s and company owners who are interested in
improving their leadership and organizational performance while
creating a better balance of personal, community and business life.”
Noyes has been involved with both international and regional
organizations as a leader/facilitator of CEO groups that meet monthly
to exchange ideas and information. “When I was a CEO, I was selected to
join a CEO roundtable organization where I learned how to be a more
effective CEO without sacrificing my personal and community life.”
Noyes decided to change his career from running companies to leading
CEO groups. “Looking back”, says Noyes” my decision to mentoring was
very positive and life changing. It has been a privilege to be in
service to business and community leaders.”
Noyes was recruited to Small Fish because of his proven experience in
helping smaller companies become bigger and more profitable. “I have
had other opportunities to join consulting firms, but in my opinion,
Small Fish offers the best value to its clients and a platform for the
consultant to bring his or her competence to the table.”
